Your satisfaction is very important to us. If our product has a material or manufacturing problem, you may return or exchange the unused product(s) within 30 days of receipt. Full refunds (excluding shipping charges) will be issued back to the purchasing credit card only. Exchanges will be made for different color/size of the same product (excluding shipping charges).

• All items must be returned, unused, within 30 days of receipt. Returns beyond 30 days will not be accepted.

• Please include the reason for the return: e.g. does not fit; defective; damaged during shipping; returning a gift; wrong item shipped; wrong color, etc.

• Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if possible) along with the reason for return.
