The Bell Fraction helmet is a smaller version of the skate-style Faction. Not only does the helmet fit smaller heads but the outer shell is scaled down to eliminate the "mushroom head" look that a lot of toddler-sized helmets give kids. The Fraction helmet fits most kids ages 2 to 5 years of age. CPSC certified for safety.
